We're looking for volunteers -- parents and students (14 and over, under 18 with parent) -- for the various events listed below. These volunteer opportunities, and the money they generate, are the sustaining force to keep our band program financially stable. We need to raise enough funds to help meet our financial obligations for this year. Concessions at football games are a GREAT way to earn money for the band.
Please use the form below to sign up for our many volunteering efforts. The events for which we need volunteers are listed below, along with any special requirements. Events that are "FULLY STAFFED" will show zero ("0") as the number of volunteers needed.
If you have never worked a band event with us, do not worry. We have lots of people that can supervise and EVERYONE can contribute. You'll meet a lot of nice people (band people!), and we'll have a little fun as well! And riding the bus with the band is a lot of fun, and you'll get to know the names of our gazillion band students!

ALL volunteers need to complete the Frisco ISD Online Volunteer form. A new form must be completed every academic year.
NEW REQUIREMENT: You MUST be TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certified to serve and/or sell beer at Pizza Hut Park, whether in the beer stands or at one of the food outlets. NOTE: This only applies to soccer games and other events at PHP -- BEER IS NOT SOLD AT FISD FOOTBALL GAMES.

What you signed up for
For all PHP events, check in is at either the East Gate, or the Sodexho Office (NE Corner)
PARKING:
For soccer games, volunteers can park in employee parking lot on east side.
For concerts, the employee lot is not available but there is (limited) free parking across Main Street. Otherwise, it’s park where you can. We cannot reimburse for paid parking.
